Zanetoberfest Contest - Win 2 tickets
ENTER NOW FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN 2 GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
AND 2 ZANETOBERFEST T-SHIRTS (value of $120)
Each week leading up to ZANETOBERFEST (October 3rd in NYC), we’ll announce a different contest for your chance to win TWO general admission tickets to Zanetoberfest and TWO limited edition Zanetoberfest t-shirts (which can be picked up at the event).
This week we ask you to submit a photo of your best Zane impression. Zane will be the judge, so get creative! The best photo will win!
In order to be considered in this week’s contest all entries must be received by Thursday, August 20th at 12 NOON PST. The winner will be announced HERE, on zanelamprey.com, on Friday August 21st. At that time, we’ll also post details of the next contest.
In order to enter this contest please first read our rules and regulations. By submitting your photo, you are agreeing to the terms.

PLEASE NOTE: This contest does NOT include airfare, hotel or transportation. Winners will be responsible for any travel expenses.
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, I HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. As an addendum to the “NO REFUND POLICY”, if you have already purchased tickets, and you win tickets via this contest, you will be refunded for your original purchase (not to exceed $40 per ticket/maximum 2 tickets). PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased VIP or Ski Patrol Tickets, you will only be refunded the General Admission dollar amount ($40 per ticket/maximum 2 tickets).
2. Winner will have their name plus a guest on the list at the door for the event and WILL NOT receive hard copy tickets. Winner names will also be on a list at the merchandise booth (at the event) where you can pick up your TWO FREE Zanetoberfest t-shirts. ID will be required for both.
3. Must be 21 or over to enter.
4. Please include your name and email address with your submission. Winners will be contacted via email.
5. Only one entry per person per contest will be accepted.
6. Only winners will receive a response. If you don’t hear from us, please try again next week.
7. Winning submissions will be posted on zanelamprey.com. By submitting your photo, you are granting Zane Lamprey Events, LLC the right to publish it on-line, in printed media, and in any promotional material.
8. Contest winners are responsible for their own travel expenses. By entering this contest you understand that you are ONLY winning tickets for admission. Any airfare, hotel, and transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the contest winner.
9. In order to be considered, photos must be smaller than 3MB and cannot contain nudity or material of a pornographic nature.
10. Judging is strictly subjective as Zane will be the sole judge of the winning entry for each contest.
11. Any content submitted, whether you win or not, will be considered property of Zane Lamprey Events, LLC.
12. By sending a photo to Zane Lamprey Events, LLC, you represent that you own the material that you are submitting and have permission from all parties in the photograph.
13. You agree to indemnify and otherwise hold Zane Lamprey Events, LLC free and harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and expenses arising out of any objections that anyone may have regarding being represented in your photographs.
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST I HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You and your party hereby waive any and all rights or claims you may have against Zane Lamprey Events, LLC, its subsidiary companies, and its respective directors, officers, employees, members, staff, and all individuals assisting in instructing and conducting activities at the Event, and you hereby fully release and discharge them, from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages or loss, which may accrue to you or your heirs arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zane Lamprey Events, LLC and all individuals assisting in instructing and conducting the Event, from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, or loss, which may accrue to you or your heirs arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event.
Zane Lamprey Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to and or expel any person who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, threatening, sexist, disruptive to service, destructive to venue property, rude or a nuisance to staff, other guests and customers. All offenses are subject to punishment by law.
Zane Lamprey Events, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, health issues, and no other Party will have a right to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.
Proper identification will be required upon entry. Event is for persons aged 21 and over and will be strictly enforced. Providing false identification is punishable by law and violators will be prosecuted.
