    Los Angeles Times

Zane describes his ideal weekend in an article for the Los Angeles Times' Calender section. Ironically, it doesn't involve a lot of drinking.

Friday night is dinner with his wife at Firefly or Yen Sushi on Ventura; Saturday morning he takes his son for a jog around Toluca Lake and then stops by New York NY Fresh Deli for lunch. On Saturday night, he and his wife love to go to the Bridge, a bar on Cahuenga, and then head home  to watch "Entourage," "Californication," and "Weeds" on the DVR.

When he was still doing ZaneCrawls, he might also check out interesting bars such as Ye Olde King's Head in Santa Monica, or the Red Lion, a beer garden in Glendale.

Sunday is lazy family day, and he goes to the park or checks out the cultural areas of Los Angeles. One of his favorite places is Manna Korean BBQ in Koreatown and Empress Pavilion in Chinatown.

On Monday morning, he's back to "work."
