THE NEWS
The news is that Travel Channel dropped Three Sheets. It won't say it's bad news, because there are two sides to the story...
Travel Channel was basically stuck holding the bag when FLN went off the air. Their main focus is their original program. By the time they got the show, it had gone through two other networks (the now defunct MOJO and now defunct Fine Living Channel). Although they put it on late (11pm), did no promotion for it, and didn't want to be involved with the "beer drive" that we did (many of you bought beer for them to thank them for saving Three Sheets, 3,500+ beers actually), I hold no animosity towards them-- and I hope you don't either.
THE GOOD NEWS
There are actually two pieces of good news. The first is that "Drinking Made Easy" premiers on HDNet on October 6th. I shot 24 episodes across the US, during my three-month comedy tour, with Steve McKenna and Pleepleus. It's a fun show. Mark Cuban, who owns HDNet, had five words when he saw the rough cut of the first episode "F***ing funny. Keep 'em coming!".
The second piece of new is that I'm pregnant. Just kidding, I think it's just the Mexican food from last night that's kicking in my stomach. I gotta run to the bathroom. One sec...
...OK, I'm back. I feel better. The second piece of good news is that Three Sheets isn't dead. In fact, there still may be more episodes shot. I have some information that suggests that it's where I feel it should have been in the first place. I will have news on that very soon, as soon as I'm allowed to spill the beans-- I mean beer.
You rock!!! Thank you for your continued support of the best job I've ever had (and continue to have)!

Zane! Come shoot a Three Sheets episode in Aggieville in Manhattan, KS! We'd love to have you!

Not really a fair shake putting Three Sheets reruns up against The Daily Show with little to no promotion. Oh well. Moving on. Looking forward to Drinking Made Easy on HDNet! :-)

Sounds great Zane. Glad to hear everything is going good for you, minus the occasional Mexican stink-baby. Look forward to seeing the new shows and just fyi: one of my new life goals is to have a beer with you one day. I think think it would be along the same lines of smoking a J with Snoop... but whiter.

My new Favorite Show.
Glad to see more of it coming.
Look at what you've done to us.....
The wife and I were in a restraunt the other day,
some guy across the room burp's and needless to say my wife had to drink :-) We were the only 2 playing the game but it's still fun!!
Everytime I take a drink now I think
Glug, Glug, Glug.

We are really deprived from viewing the channel so i think the news doesn't matter to us.
Anyway thanks for the information and keep updating us.
